Jaime leads engineering and the development of the Lawhive AI Operating System and the underlying agentic platform that powers every Lawhive partner firm.

Flinn co-founded Lawhive in 2021 with Pierre and Jaime, and has helped build the firm from humble origins as a UK based consultancy platform firm into a transatlantic AI-first law firm.
